Adjusting volume doesn’t work

Hi everyone,
I use the app via iPhone, ios 18.2
I very often have the problem, that I can’t adjust the volume. Volume seems to be fixed to a random value, which differs to whatever reason. Today i can’t hear anything, yesterday it was on max volume, sometimes the level is in between both settings. I try to adjust via the +/- buttons of the iPhone. It doesn’t work. Probably it is a dependency to another app, but I am a bit lost. Maybe the problem is in front of my phone, but in any case i would be happy for a solution .
