Completed modules won’t show as completed

I’m on version 3.17.2 for iPad. The e min pentatonic scale exercise in module 8 and the c maj scale exercise in module 9 will not “check” as completed no matter him many times I finish them. The modules won’t show as completed, which I assume is why I can’t move on to the grade 4 intermediate modules even though I’ve completed everything else. I’m a paid subscriber and am upset this bug is preventing me from advancing any further. Please help.
