Dear Justin Guitar Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased the Justin Guitar app with great enthusiasm, looking forward to practicing my routines anywhere at my convenience. However, I must express my disappointment with some aspects of the app’s functionality.
In particular, I’ve encountered an issue with the practice routines. For example, the routine suggests that I should practice a chord for 1 minute under the ‘Chord Perfect’ exercise. On the website, this is facilitated by a 1-minute timer, which I find very helpful. However, the app deviates from this by requiring me to play the chord correctly three times before moving on to the next exercise, without providing the 1-minute timer.
Could you please explain why there is this difference, and is it possible to have the app mirror the website’s functionality by simply running the timer?
