Hi, there are no songs in the songbook on my iPad app (latest version 3.1.13)and I am a subscriber. The songs all appear on the iPhone app. I’ve attached a screenshot from my iPad.

Hi Everyone,
We have received lots of reports that the latest version of the app has fixed this issue! Can you please update to the latest version or uninstall and reinstall to see if this gains you access to the app again?

I cannot open any songs to play on my iPhone app. It says no songs are loaded in the database and I have reinstalled the app 3 different times.
Can anyone help with this??

Not sure it’s a bug, but I can’t seem to search songs in the app any more. I purchased the app some time ago and have been able to use it until today. Help? And Thanks.

I have the IOS version of Justin guitar and I do not have any access to the song library to practice. I have access to lessons and practice routines but no songs

No songs show up on the songs tab in any of the pages on that tab. The chord filter also doesn’t clear. I deleted the app and reinstalled and still can’t get any songs
